In 2015, while working in Public Service, I created a small start-up business in the wine & food industry. My business focuses on unique wine-centric tours & event experiences both in Valle de Guadalupe Baja California, Mexico & Southern California. I promote Small Family, Boutique & Garagiste wineries through tours and events. The goal of Take in Baja & The Grape Underground is to curate these unforgettable wine experiences for people of all experience and knowledge levels. Whether you're looking for an adventure to the hottest gastronomy scene in the west or a private wine & food event in Southern California, we are your experts to call upon. The Grape Underground focuses on curating & providing unforgettable private wine & food experiences featuring Small Family, Boutique & Garagiste Wineries. We also have the ability to incorporate Chefs from California & Baja California into our private experiences. The Grape Underground is a mobile concept that brings the wine country experience to you.
